When Tam Fresh Cut-Pak first opened their doors their main objective was to save the foodservice industry time during food preparation. Over 30 years later we are still providing our services to the food industry as well as assisting at-home cooks with their pre-cut needs.

• Our produce availability is vast, from bell pepper to zucchini and everything in between.
• We offer a range of cuts from machine diced and shredded to hand cut julienne and slivered to batonnet sticks.
• Our specialty items include veggie trays, with your choice of offerings, to school veggie packs and veggie kabobs. If you are not sure how much to order for your guests we are happy to help.
• Our fruit selections consist of “everyday” selections such as cantaloupes, honeydews, pineapples, red grapes, oranges, grapefruits, and strawberries, to name a few.
• Our more exotic selections include kiwis, mangoes, papayas, star fruit, blood oranges, assorted berries and fancy melons when seasonally available.
• Our basic cuts of fruit include chunks, spears, segments, slices and whole peeled. Our popular pack sizes include party trays, fruit mixes, fruit cups/bowls and fruit skewers.
• When it comes to party trays, you have the freedom to custom design your trays and we can assist you with how many trays you might need to feed your guests.
